Their cash flow management was heavily reliant on predictable recurring revenue from annual subscriptions, but they lacked confidence in their revenue projections. Furthermore, they needed to understand the difference between their customer acquisition cost (CAC) and customer lead cost (CLC) to optimize their marketing spend.
