Six Questions & 90 Seconds to Know The Exact Lift
The six questions
The quiz runs in your browser. Here is everything in it, including how the score is calculated.
Q1. Which CRM are you using?
Pick the one your team actually works out of. Why we ask: It tells us what your numbers get reconciled against, and whether there is a single place they could live.
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- GoHighLevel
- Pipedrive
- Zoho
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Close
- Something else -4
- None. It lives in spreadsheets. -12
Q2. Which marketing channels do you use?
Select all that apply. Why we ask: Every extra channel is one more number that has to agree with the others before anyone can act on the total.
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Outbound (cold email or calling)
- Organic social
- Organic YouTube
- SEO and content
- Email marketing
- Partnerships and affiliates
- Events and webinars
Q3. Which model or harness does your team pay for?
Select all that apply. Why we ask: It tells us what we would be connecting to. It does not move your score, and the results page says why.
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Microsoft Copilot
- Google Gemini
- Grok (x.ai)
- Perplexity
- Another paid tool
- We do not pay for one
This question does not affect the score.
Q4. What is your biggest frustration with your data right now?
Pick the most honest answer, not the most flattering one. Why we ask: This is the single strongest signal of whether your numbers hold up when someone pushes on them.
- It is scattered across too many systems -20
- Getting the report takes too long -12
- I cannot always explain where the number came from -26
- I do not have a major frustration
- Other -8
Q5. What is the main thing holding your team back from using AI more to take action?
The honest one. There is no wrong answer here. Why we ask: Trust is the ceiling on AI, not capability. This is where yours currently sits.
- We do not trust the data -26
- We cannot verify the numbers -20
- We do not have the whole picture -14
- We have not really tried -4
Q6. What would you most want AI to help your team with?
Last one, and it ends on the good part. Why we ask: It decides what your report recommends first. It does not move your score.
- Getting faster answers from our data
- Automating the reporting work
- Making the numbers consistent and defensible
- Forecasting and scenario planning
- Knowing what to do next
This question does not affect the score.
How the score works
Everyone starts at 100. Each answer above that carries a number subtracts it. The lowest possible result is 10. Two of the six questions subtract nothing at all: which AI tools you pay for says nothing about whether your numbers are right, and neither does what you want AI to do next. The score is computed from your answers only and is not benchmarked against other companies.
- 85 and above: Defensible. Your numbers would survive someone pushing on them. That is rarer than it sounds.
- 65 and above: Right most of the time, defensible some of the time. The numbers are probably correct. Proving it on the spot is the part that is missing.
- 45 and above: Reporting without a safety net. Nothing is visibly broken, which is the problem. There is no mechanism that would tell you if it were.
- 25 and above: Deciding on numbers nobody can vouch for. Decisions are getting made on figures that no one in the building could reconstruct on request.
- 0 and above: Acting on numbers you cannot defend. The reporting exists, and it is not currently evidence of anything. Worth fixing before it gets used for something expensive.

A score you cannot check is just a number with confidence.
Which is the whole problem this quiz is about, so it would be a strange thing to do to you on the way through. Every point this takes off is shown next to the answer that took it. That is also how the Data OS works: every number carries the definition it was built from, and the definition is what makes it arguable.
Before you start
How is the score calculated?
Openly, and it is shown to you. Every answer that costs points appears as a line item on the results page with the weight next to it. It starts at 100 and subtracts, and two of the six questions subtract nothing at all.
Is this benchmarked against other companies?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. The score is computed from your six answers and nothing else. Any quiz that tells you how you compare to thousands of other teams is describing a dataset it is not showing you.
Why do two of the questions not affect the score?
Which AI tools you pay for says nothing about whether your numbers are right, and docking points for adopting AI would be backwards. The same goes for what you want AI to do next. Both shape what the report recommends, neither moves the number.
What happens to my answers?
They produce your report, and they tell us whether we are a fit before anyone gets on a call with you. If the answers say we are not the right people, the report says that instead of booking you.
Do I have to book a call?
No. The report is the thing. The call is offered at the end and it is a genuine yes or no.
